Information the app uses
Kelmora does not require you to create an account. The app stores trip information you enter—such as destinations, dates, budgets, itinerary items, expenses, saved places, and notes—in a local database on your device.
The app does not request Android device-location permission in the version reviewed for this policy. It may use destination names and coordinates associated with trips for requested place searches and weather forecasts.
If you use the AI trip planner, the request may include the origin and destination you enter, trip dates, budget, number of travelers, travel style, and interests or notes supplied for that plan. Avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
If you enable notifications, the app can schedule reminders and show budget or quick-add expense notifications using information from your trips and itinerary.
How information is used
Trip information is used to provide the app’s planning features, display and organize your plans, calculate expense totals, find relevant places, show destination weather, generate optional AI suggestions, and provide notifications you have enabled.
Information may also be processed to deliver advertisements and meet consent requirements. The app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow.
Storage and retention
Trip data is stored in the app’s local database on your device. It remains there until you delete it or remove the app, subject to Android device backup and transfer settings. The app source includes Android backup configuration; the precise backup behavior can depend on your device and Android settings.
Information sent to third-party providers is subject to those providers’ retention practices. Kelmora does not currently provide an in-app account or web dashboard for managing server-side data.
Your choices
- You choose whether to use AI planning, place search, and weather features.
- You can deny or revoke notification permission in Android settings.
- Where Google’s consent flow applies, you can make or update ad consent choices through the available Google consent tools.
- You can remove locally stored app data by deleting trips in the app or clearing the app’s storage/uninstalling it. Device backups may be governed by your Android settings.
Because the app does not require an account, it does not maintain an account profile for you to access or edit online.
Children’s privacy
Kelmora is a general travel planning app and is not designed specifically for children. The app does not ask for a child’s personal information to create an account. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an online feature, email kelmora2026@gmail.com. You can also reach Kelmora through Instagram.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the app’s features or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
